The Nasarawa State University, Keffi Alumni Association, under the leadership of Barr. Nuhu J. Egya, heartily congratulates one of its distinguished alumni, Hon. Prince Humphrey Onyima, on his appointment as Special Adviser to the Governor of Enugu State on Investment Strategy and Public Relations.
Prince Onyima’s appointment was contained in a Public Service Announcement issued by the Office of the Secretary to the Enugu State Government, Prof. Chidiebere Onyia, on Wednesday, August 19, 2026. He is among 23 new Special Advisers and Senior Special Assistants appointed by Governor Dr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah to drive strategic sectors of the state’s development agenda.
The Alumni Association describes the appointment as well-deserved and a testament to Prince Onyima’s capacity, experience, and commitment to service. His new portfolio, which combines investment strategy and public relations, is central to the Mbah administration’s drive to position Enugu State as a leading destination for investment, business, and economic growth.
Barr. Nuhu J. Egya, National President of the Association, noted that Prince Onyima’s elevation brings pride to NSUK and reflects the university’s tradition of producing leaders who contribute meaningfully to governance and national development.
The Association also commended Governor Mbah for his commitment to assembling a team of competent professionals drawn from diverse backgrounds, including Awgu LGA, where Prince Onyima hails from.
