Hon. Onyima was moved in passion with what he saw on ground and pledged the readiness of Leadership SCORECARD Magazine to partner with the Foundation in reaching out to the less privileged through education.

Chief Emeka Edeh of Castle Majestic Hotel Enugu who was in company of Humphrey Onyima, assured Mr. Ike Udeh that his family will be part of the project in giving back to the society.

In 1996, Ike Udeh was drafted into a professional soccer by the Kansas city wizards; a major league football team in the United States of America. But this is not the start of his story.

Ike Udeh popularly known as ‘Ayaya Potential’ was born in Enugu Nigeria to the Family of Chief Augustine Udeh (Ifemeluma 1) and Lolo Eunice Udeh in Amachalla, Ngwo Enugu State. He is the third Child and second Son of the Legend – Chief Udeh.

Ike grew up with a passion for education and sports. His Athletic and Academic achievements earned him national Fame as a young Man. This created the opportunity for him to travel to America as a scholarship Athlete in 1992. A journey and decision that was as tough and hard for him as a young boy.

During Ike’s long and successful career, he realized that his accomplishments were rooted in a solid foundation of family, Faith, education and sports.

He knew in his heart that personal success was not enough but encouragement and human development was more fulfilling.

He knew and believed that giving back was part of his huge fulfilling dreams.

He understood that it is the next generation of young girls and boys that holds the keys to a better world. All they needed was an opportunity.

Ike Udeh Foundation, a registered 501c3 organization in the United States is committed to creating these opportunities.

Our heart is in giving back to the society and impacting the lives of Children in Enugu State and beyond to create an environment of safety, education, recreation, and opportunity.
