To recollect what heralded the years which is already spent, and what promises those years bore upon birth, what fears? They desire, if the metaphor of accountants may be borrowed, to undertake an audit of events of those past years. To decide whether it had been years of deep throated smiles or otherwise.

The six years of GOVERNOR IFEANYI UGWUANYI’S Stewardship in Enugu State have brought about enormous transformations in both the aesthetic outlook, Infrastructure, Agriculture, Education, Judiciary, Security, Healthcare, Business sector environment and most importantly, the opening up of new urban centres in Nsukka, Awgu and Ezeagu areas by the siting of landmark institutional edifices which are well known socio- economic growth drivers.
Governor UGWUANYI’S administration did similar things in the sub-urban areas like Emene and Abakpa when he created by-pass road networks which have significantly reduced the traffic challenges in and around those axis.
The purposeful Enugu State Governor have through his Administration’s Agricultural policies, introduced a loudable new blue prints which is championing the cause of an Agricultural revolution in Nigeria through the implementation of the Enugu State Agro productivity, processing and livelihood improvement support project otherwise known as ENS WYEP-APPEALS.
The above is a globally acclaimed strategy for the sustainable and sufficient food production, employment generation, economic empowerment for the women and Youths of the state and furthermore, a poverty eradication strategic tool which will surely stand the test of time.
Governor Ugwuanyi has through his methods, restored hope in all the sectors of the state economy. With a massive organizing ability, wisdom and a dexterous administration skills.
Ugwuanyi has equally entrenched social justice by rescuing the Enugu State masses from the ravages of rapacious and unproductive representations, outdated modes of leadership, dictatorship, cabals and the ruling clique. Collapsing political monopolies, cracking unpopular political structural foundations and exposing lip service allegiances, thereby giving way to an acceptable formula for power sharing, social democracy and cooperation among relevant progressive stakeholders.
This social justice brought about by Governor Ugwuanyi have given all manner of Ndi-Enugu state their due and have equally in return, demanding the contributions of each on the basis of equal considerations.
Many genuine observers of this administration have seen in the Governor’s mien, a continuous determination to succeed by creating, expanding and ensuring greater possibilities in all the sectors of the Enugu State economy.
UGWUANYI’S application of leadership procedures have therefore lifted the focus of all concerned towards professionalism, quality politicking along with options for an industrialized minded economic development revolutions.
