Mali’s military leader says terrorism – a manifestation of neocolonialism

President Ibrahim Traoré has claimed that terrorism is a new form of violent and barbaric colonization that has been articulated on the disintegration of African armies and bad governance, encouraged by imperialists.

Captain Ibrahim Traoré also denounced these African leaders who are misleading large portions of big loans to relocate them to Western banks, contributing to the development of these nations at the expense of their own

“Bad governance, destruction of our armies, inviting terrorism…” They say you don’t have an army, we need to come help you. We are coming to settle down But the aim is something else “It’s a well-made scheme,” he explained.
