The Birthday Lecture of Humphrey Onyima on Gov. Ugwuanyi’s Leadership Model in Enugu, Well Attended by Traditional Rulers, Politicians, Celebrities, etc

Enugu State Government Appointee Hon. Prince Humphrey Onyima on Sunday 18th of October celebrated his birthday/ 1st Anniversary in Office as Senior Special Assistant to the Executive Governor of Enugu State in a Grand Style.
…Shares palliatives to rural women and offers Bursary awards to indigent students.
The Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Enugu State, CEO Scorecard Magazine and the founder/leader of the Enugu West General Assembly, EWGA, Hon. Prince Humphrey Onyima – offered bursary awards to ten (10) indigent students from Awgu, Aninri, Oji River, Udi and Ezeagu, selected from different higher institutions and also shared palliatives to fifty (50) rural women across the five local government areas of Enugu West in solidarity with the good governance agenda of Gov. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi’s administration and to cushion the effect of Covid-19 and to show gratitude to the Almighty God for grace bestowed on him.
The event kicked off with a Thanksgiving Mass at St John’s Catholic Parish Mgbowo at exactly 10am followed by Reception at Sullivan Chime Hall, Awgu LGA Secretariat.
The opening prayer was led by His Royal Highness Igwe Goddy Ekoh, the Chairman of Awgu Traditional Ruler’s Council and that unraveled the event proper after the Arrival of the invited Guests.
The Opening remark followed immediately while the profile of the Celebrant Prince Onyima was read audibly by Comrade Onuorah Ndubuisi Godwin and that ushered in the Public lecture proper with the theme: “THE NIGERIAN LEADERSHIP MODEL OF OUR DREAM, GOV. IFEANYI UGWUANYI’S METHOD AND IDEOLOGY IN PERSPECTIVE”, excellently delivered by Dr. Shuaibu Umar Abdul, with specialty in international relations and diplomacy, from department of Political Science, Nasarawa State University Keffi.
Presentation of Enugu West General Assembly Certificates of Recognition to the Patrons, Trustees of EWGA and other stakeholders were judiciously anchored by the Chief Celebrant, Humphrey Onyima.
The Event was attended by the Chairman of Enugu State Traditional Ruler’s Council, His Royal Highness – Amb. Lawrence Agubuzu, the Chairman of Aninri Local Government Traditional Ruler’s Council – His Royal Majesty, Igwe Onyioha Nwanjoku; the Chairman of Awgu Local Government Tradional Ruler’s Council – His Royal Highness, Igwe Godwin Eko; and the Chairman of Udi Local Government Traditional Ruler’s Council – His Royal Highness, Igwe Paul Ogbodo, who were all conferred with the certificates of recognitions as Patrons of EWGA.
Nollywood veterans and other celebrities, Mrs Rita Edochie, Ten Kobo (Mr. Do Good), Chinwe, Igwe, Juma-B, Black Solo and others were in attendance.
Other dignitaries at the event includes H.R.H Igwe Engr. John Azubuike Ibe (Ohabuenyi II of Ekpulambo Mgbowo); Rev KC Eze (Chancelor of De-World University Mgbowo; Prof. Chukwurah – Eze Omelali Mgbowo; Barr. Nebo Emmanuel – Deputy Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party in Awgu; Hon. Today, we thank the Almighty God for the precious and grace filled life of Hon. Prince Humphrey Umezulike Onyima Njoku.
A direct son of late Chief Gabriel Onwubu-eli Onyima Njoku. The then Eze who Administered Leadership in Mgbowolese when the then(Eze) Chief Ogburugbu Eze went on exile due to the civil war outbreak.
He was born on the 18th of October 1984 at Keffi Nasarawa State. The only surviving Male child of the late Chief along four other sisters.
Due to constant death of his elder siblings, a harrowing experience which made chief Onwubu-eli sad. He gave birth to Humphrey and named him “Umezulike” translated in the Mgbowolese ancient dialect to mean “infant Deaths should cease”.
Humphrey Umezulike Onyima Njoku hails from Ndi-Ulo Imeama Mgbowo of present day Ekpulato Autonomous Community in Awgu Local Government Area.
Happily married.
He attended the prestigious Government College Lafia former St. Augustine from 1997 to 2000. Where he obtained His Senior School Certificate (SSCE)
He attended the Wiztech Computer Institute Keffi Nasarawa State, where he obtained a certificate in Desktop Publishing, 2004.
He went to the Nasarawa State University between 2004 and 2008 and came out with B.A Ed in English.
He attended the International Institute of Journalism, Abuja between 2015 to 2016 for his post graduate diploma in Journalism (PGDJ)
HIS WORK EXPERIENCES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
He had his Teacher Training at St. Peter’s College, Keffi, Nasarawa State, 2007.
Had his compulsory National Youth Service (NYSC) With the National Judicial Council, Abuja 2009 to 2010.
He worked as Head of Media and publicity in the year 2012 to 2013 with a prestigious organization known as “Initiative For Development Knowledge Transfer (IDKT)

Humphrey also Reviewed the Book known as ” The Nigerian Leadership Can Make It” (Dr Paul Amen- Aifuwa’s perspective 2014)
