The governor of Delta State, Ifeanyi Okowa, has said that the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi, lacks the experience to lead Nigeria.
Okowa, who is the vice-presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), spoke in an interview with BBC Pidgin.
The vice presidential candidate said Peter Obi has experience as the governor of Anambra State, but it is not deep enough to lead Nigeria.
Okowa said Nigerian youths shouldn’t be blinded by false change, just like it happened in 2015. He added that the PDP is the right party to vote for in 2023.
The governor said there are good people and bad people in every political party. He added that Peter Obi left the PDP a few months ago and he can’t really criticise the party.
