R. Kelly’s alleged victim says they are deeply in love, engaged, and were to marry this year. She says that they are deeply in love.
The R. Kelly case is beginning to take a small turn, although this does not imply that the singer can get out of jail, after being sentenced to 30 years in prison for being convicted of sex trafficking.
According to a letter revealed by Page Six, Robert Kelly had a good relationship with one of his alleged victims and they were even going to get married in 2022.
She says she is not a victim. The name of the victim is Joycelyn Savage, a 26-year-old woman who is declaring herself as not a victim.
She wrote a letter which Page Six published “My name is Joycelyn Savage, and I’m Robert Kelly’s fiancé. I’m writing this letter in support of Robert in advance of his sentencing, so I can explain to the court that I’m not the victim that the government has portrayed me to be.”
Joycelyn Savage is one of the two girlfriends who used to live with R. Kelly and claims that they share a “special connection” and “deep love.”
He is “sweet, gentle and kind”
“Robert is not the monster that the government has described him to be,” she continued. “The Robert I know is very sweet, gentle, and kind. At the end of the day, he has always made sure that I’m taken care of, and any other women he was with as well.”
Incredible as it may seem, the 55-year-old rapper and actor has someone to defend him and is seeking a less severe sentence, however it does not look good for the “I Believe I Can Fly” singer.
In March 2019, Joycelyn Savage who was born in Atlanta and met R. Kelly at the age of 19, claimed that her parents created the allegations against the Grammy winner as retaliation for “scamming and money” purposes because they “disagreed” with a financial arrangement they had.
