The Enugu West General Assembly, EWGA, ably led by Hon. Humphrey Onyima hereby congratulates Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi of Enugu State on his emergence as the PDP Flagbearer for Enugu North Senatorial District come 2023.
Humphrey Onyima described Gov. Ugwuanyi as ‘the grandmaster of the game’, while commending his supporters in Awgu South State Constituency and beyond to keep hope alive, said EWGA “strongly believe in the capacity of the Governor to deliver on the onerous task ahead as we prepare for 2023 general elections. Therefore, we promise to continuously support the Governor.
We profoundly acknowledge the wholesome capacity and sagacity of the Peoples Democratic Party under the able leadership of Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi in choosing the highly revered individuals as Flagbearers of our party to work with in achieving the great vision of our founding fathers towards the actualization of the new Enugu State of our collective dreams.
Your excellency, you have indeed evolved a unique institution to guide your operations and with performing scheme of work tailored towards the peculiar needs of our people, and that is the phenomenon behind the name ‘Gburugburu’.
You have operated to the admiration of many as you have inculcated in our individual psyches, the spirit of interdependence and interrelation, which is necessary for our mutual cohabitation across all clans and kindred in Enugu state.
It is on this premise, the Director-General of Enugu West General Assembly (EWGA), Hon. Humphrey Onyima and the entire members of EWGA deeply appreciate your kind gesture to the good people of Enugu West and enjoin all the PDP Flagbearers from other Senatorial Zones in the state to imbibe the attitude of true and purposeful representation and as well initiate development oriented programs to compliment the legacy of Gburugburu in Enugu State.
We assure you of our unalloyed support and solidarity at all times.

Enugu West General Assembly in a special way congratulates Barr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah as the Winner of Enugu State PDP Guber Primary Election for 2023.
EWGA describes Mbah’s emergence as the reflection of the popular will of the people, capable of steering the affairs of the state in same peaceful way that Gov. Ugwuanyi has been running the state since he assumed office in 2015 till date.
