Members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) have been assured that the dust raised by the choice of Delta State Governor, Ifeanyi Okowa as the vice-presidential candidate of the party will soon settle.
The Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Board of Trustees,(BoT) Senator Walid Jibrin gave the assurance on Sunday in a statement made available to pressmen in Kaduna State.
This is just as the BoT chairman said that the Governor of Rivers State Nyesom Wike is a very responsible and very obedient member of the PDP who assisted tremendously toward building the party into what it is today.
He appealed for patience among party members and advised that members should allow the party’s presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar and its chairman, Iyorchia Ayu to return to the country.
