    HRH. SIR JOHN AZUBUIKE IBE, IGWE EKPU-LAMBO MGBOWO AUTONOMOUS COMMUNITY RECEIVED CERTIFICATE OF RECOGNITION AND STAFF OF OFFICE IN ENUGU.

    A retired federal civil service director, an astute manager and accomplished administrator, His Royal Highness, Ohabuenyi II, Igwe John Azubuike Ibe, the Traditional Ruler of Ekpu-Lambo Autonomous Community in Awgu Local Government Area of Enugu State has been conferred with the Certificate of Recognition and Staff of Office by the Enugu State Government.

    The Enugu State Commissioner for Chieftaincy Matters, Hon. Emeka Okeke on behalf of the State Governor presented the Staff of Office and Certificate of Recognition to His Royal Highness, Igwe John Azubuike Ibe as the substantive Traditional Ruler of Ekpu-Lambo Mgbowo Autonomous Community. He admonishes Igwe John Ibe to maintain the already existing peace and harmony in his community which is a determinant factor for any meaningful progress and development.

    The honourable commissioner commended the Ekpu-Lambo Mgbowo Autonomous Community for the support and respect accorded to their new Igwe.

    Igwe John Ibe in his response appreciated His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, the Executive Governor of Enugu State for guaranteeing a hitch free process that enabled him to emerge which is a reflection of the peoples will. He equally thank God for the success recorded in his life and pledged to support the government projects and policy as it relate to the welfare and development of his people in Mgbowo.

    Lastly, he thanked the Honourable commissioner for a job well-done and pray that God Almighty will strengthen the State Governor to continue the good work.
