A delegation of Catholic Youths Organization of Nigeria (CYON) from the four Deaneries within Nsukka and Igbo-Eze South LGAs, on Sunday 10th July, 2022 paid a courtesy visit to Engr. Vita Abba OON (Onwa), the PDP Flag Bearer for member House of Representatives, Nsukka/Igbo-Eze South Federal Constituency.
The delegation comprising of the Presidents of four the deaneries in the Federal constituency in the persons of *George Eze – President, Ibagwa-Aka Deanery, Enechi Gilbert – President, Nsukka Deanery, Emma Ugwu- President, Ibagwani Deanery, Tobechukwu Attah – President, Eha-Alumonah Deanery and other Executive members was led by the President of CYON Nsukka Diocese, Mr. Henry Abonyi.*
The President of CYON, Catholic Diocese of Nsukka, Mr. Henry Abonyi speaking on behalf of the group noted that the visit is a show of total support and solidarity from Catholic Youths of Nsukka/Igbo-Eze South Federal Constituency for Engr. Abba, whom he described as a father to all. He assured that they will mobilize all Catholic youths within the federal constituency to deliver Engr. Abba during the 2023 general election.
Engr Abba appreciated the organization for their “show of love” and thoughtfulness. He assured them of the best of representation from him while encouraging them to remain steadfast in their supports and prayers for all the PDP candidates till the very end.
