As part of his 2022 Birthday Ceremony, the Chief Executive and Managing Director of Castle Majestic Hotel, Enugu, Chief Friday Emeka Edeh, on Thursday donated sewing machines, rice, indomie noddles as well as cash to indigents residents in Enugu metropolis, and Mr. Oshidi Johnson, the EFFC Zonal Commandant Enugu was in attendance.
The lucky residents joyfully went home with either bags of rice or cartons of Indomie noodles.
Some others won cash prizes while others went home with sewing machines.
Children who were not given sewing machines, foodstuffs or cash, were given takeaway cooked food and drinks.
Some of the benefitiaries prayed to God to continue to bless Chief Edeh for his magnanimity.
“My prayer is that God will continue to bless Chief Edeh. His enemies will not see him. I wish him long life,” 59 year old lady, Mrs. Precious Okoye prays.
“God will pay him back. May he live many years more and let him live to see his children’s children,” prays Chigozie Eze, 25-year old apprentice who got a bag of rice.
It was a Happy mood all through, setting the stage for the birthday ceremony on Friday, 12th August.
