The Aims and Objectives of THE DEMOCRACY ANNUAL LECTURE ON THE LEGACY OF ABDULSALAMI ABUBAKAR GCFR (THE 11TH NIGERIAN HEAD OF STATE) is to serve as a tool to engage and redefine AFRICAN DEMOCRACY by Projecting and Remembering Best African Leaders in History as Leadership Models, thereby interrogating the status of African Leadership, vis-a-vis the Legacy and Iconic Accomplishments of Abdulsalami Abubakar in Africa.
